Our Secret Weapon – Scaling a Kingdom business has this focus: without losing sight of every practical aspect of a well-managed, healthy business, we put our primary focus on scaling God; His Purpose, People, and Process. Our biggest secret weapon is the Gospel of the Kingdom. We help our staff connect with both the corporate Kingdom purpose and their own. They are called and chosen by God.

We’re honoring what God has called us to do together and becoming an Ecclesia in business.
We’re helping people inherit their own identity, purpose, and land; to become themselves.

In effect, we’re inviting people to build God’s Kingdom (A Reformation) through our business. The Father’s purpose is to bless People, Businesses, Cities, and Nations with a Reformation. We’re just doing it with Him. There is a wind in our sails that carries us to a level of results that we never dreamed possible when we were content with our own prosperity.

We Scale Sons – God opens doors for us, but it doesn’t stop there. When our staff has permission to be who they are in Christ, we get more than their time and talent. We get everything God can do through them. You see Kingdom scaling has a level of spiritual automation that is amazing. Our team normally exceeds our expectations. Often, they go above and beyond all we can ask or imagine. We scale through the mighty men and women of valor who do exploits in terms of their creativity, boldness, and initiative. That’s normal behavior for sons in the Kingdom. So, our scaling focus is on growing sons who grow the business.

We Treasure Flow – In summary, we scale Flow, the wind of heaven. We intentionally and consciously say Come Holy Spirit to everything we do and every person we touch. As sons, we also Go, to Father’s Courts and Council so that we are equally intentional about bringing Heaven to Earth (Reformation). We are clear on our unique purpose, and we treasure the presence of God in our business – you can feel it!

Flow starts from the throne of God in heaven, and those rivers of living water flow from each of us. We honor where Flow comes from. And we know it’s what makes our business work.
