Leaders Do Three Things

Leaders do three things:

• Leaders connect – with the heart of Father and feature Kingdom purpose as their basis for inspiring actions on meaningful initiatives. Leaders are not egocentrics passing out self-serving mandates. They are practically doing what Father is doing, in Jesus’ name. Their authority is in their Father’s purpose. Their unique genius is getting clarity on that purpose, finding the people who share it, and making it happen. Management directives not rooted in purpose don’t inspire anyone.
• Leaders listen – to hear what Father has written in the hearts of those they lead. They find the overlap between your purpose, my purpose, and the corporate purpose. People are open to sharing your purpose when they know you are aware of and respect their purpose. People love co-laboring on Father’s purpose once they see it. Their deepest motivation comes from their Father, not their leader.
• Leaders coach – and depend on prophetic confirmations because people don’t necessarily know their purpose (that Father wrote on their hearts). So instead of imposing our purpose, the priority of leadership is: a) helping them find their own, and b) helping them connect with a higher purpose (Business, City, Nation?).

Secret – You’ve heard everyone is a leader and didn’t quite believe it. We are all sons and daughters in the Kingdom, and Father has written something on each of our hearts. When connected, that something inspires passion (leadership). It’s like working on your dream-come-true scenario! Kingdom is premised on God granting sons and daughters the desires of their hearts (Ps 37:4). Everyone is a leader because we are all sons and daughters who carry unique assignments that involve a tribe of co-labors with overlapping Kingdom purposes (Ecclesia).

Humility – Who is the leader? is far less critical than two other things:

1. 1. What is the purpose? and
   2. Who carries the anointing to do it.

Nearly anyone can be a leader if they can discern Kingdom purpose and anointed people.

Not Just Revival, Reformation

We decree Apostolic Chiefs to lead this Reformation of people, businesses, Cities, and Nations. Let the young lions arise and claim their Kingdom heritage.

Dan 2:44 – the God of heaven will set up a kingdom that will never be destroyed, nor will it be left to another people. It will crush all those kingdoms and bring them to an end, but it will itself endure forever. NIV

Dan 7:14 – He was given authority, glory and sovereign power; all peoples, nations and men of every language worshiped him. His dominion is an everlasting dominion that will not pass away, and his kingdom is one that will never be destroyed. NIV

Dan 7:18 – But the saints of the Most High will receive the kingdom and will possess it forever — yes, for ever and ever.’ NIV

Dan 7:26-27 – But the court will sit, and his power will be taken away and completely destroyed forever. 27 Then the sovereignty, power and greatness of the kingdoms under the whole heaven will be handed over to the saints, the people of the Most High. His kingdom will be an everlasting kingdom, and all rulers will worship and obey him.’ NIV

Luke 12:32 – Do not be afraid, little flock, for your Father has been pleased to give you the kingdom.

Rev 11:15 –The kingdoms of this world have become the kingdoms of our Lord and of His Christ, and He shall reign forever and ever! NKJV
