The movement sweeping our nation and the world is tumultuous and planned at the same time. God is pulling the curtain back on a Reformation that touches People, Businesses, Cities, and Nations. It all starts with Sons getting connected with the desires God wrote in your heart and seeing the desires in Father’s heart.
The Movement – People don’t want accountability to obey a bunch of rules or perform in a process according to a script. Their hearts are designed for life, and flow, and the wind of God.
- They want to be God’s sons and daughters swept up in a movement that shakes.
- They want to join others already doing it; to co-labor with what Father is doing.
- They want to be part of a larger purpose, a brighter future, changing the world.
- They want a unique part of that purpose and to make a contribution others celebrate.
- They want the love and esteem that goes with shared purpose (Ecclesia).
Acts 17:28 – For in him we live and move and have our being… We are his offspring.
Leadership – Leading a Kingdom business or movement is dramatically different than traditional business management theory. The difference between leadership and management is Prophetic Purpose. Kingdom leaders are inspiring because they’ve heard from God. They say things He has said that prophetically resonate. They do things Father is doing that bare the fruit that remains. They are practically and intentionally engaged in bringing heaven to earth, in the business mountain… exactly what ignites their staff.
- If you inspire with Prophetic purpose you can “lead mighty men and women.”
- If you mandate process and measure money, you will always be a “manager of mammon.”
Leaders in a Kingdom business know the difference between Living Purpose and static formulas. They know people “live” by every word that proceeds from Father’s heart; co-laboring with Father is the meat that feeds their hearts. They know people do excellent work when:
- They have a Kingdom purpose
- They are in a culture of shared purpose (Ecclesia)
Sons faithfully steward money as the measure of value created or exchanged. But they also know Purpose is the measure of success, not money. They are not building bigger barns to store their wealth, they are expanding their hearts to keep in step with Holy Spirit, Gal 5:25. Father’s Purpose is the currency of the Kingdom (what comes first so Father is free to add everything else, Mt 6:33).
The Invitation – You’re being invited to Father’s offer to possess the Kingdom on earth in your Kingdom business. It starts with sonship, the art of receiving your Father’s inheritance. It’s immeasurably more than all you could ask or imagine, yet it happens according to our Father’s power at work in us (Eph 3:20).
The questions we all ask are: Where is this for me? Is it for now? How do I say yes to Kingdom? These answers unfold as the Holy Spirit speaks to each of us on our unique path and at different times. Kingdom business is not an issue of salvation, it’s a question of sonship.
Gal 4:1 – What I am saying is that as long as an heir is underage,
he is no different from a slave, although he owns the whole estate.
2)Â Â The heir is subject to guardians and trustees until the time set by his father.
All sons are growing. The immature are no different than household servants. But those who are growing into their inheritance have 7 attributes that enable their participation in this Kingdom movement. You can check on your maturity and eligibility very easily.
It may not be the right time for everyone, but Kingdom business is a perfect fit for some. Who is that? You can decide for yourself. Kingdom is an all-volunteer army, and you decide when you qualify. You decide when and whether to multiply your talents 30, 60, or 100-fold.
Ezekiel’s Army – Sonship is being prophesied over the dry bones right now. Bones are coming together and being covered with flesh. The breath of life is blowing over them. This awakening can include you if you choose it. It’s an invitation from Father that invites a decision from you.
Jesus already redeemed you into his family. He refers to as brothers and sisters, Father’s sons and daughters. This choosing is our engagement in His army; those who follow the lamb wherever, those who choose to move from religious serfs to relational sons.
