The idea of revival or Reformation has been muffled by all the noise of what the devil is doing through prophetic doom speak, environmentalism, economic collapse, and cabal control of governments with the WEF intent to eliminate seven billion people. We have believed that God will do something great but have missed the concept of Intentional Reformation, that the bottleneck on good things happening might be us. Sons have the assignment to bring heaven to earth in every Mountain of culture. We are not only awakening to the devil’s schemes; our eyes are opening to what Father has in mind – it’s much bigger, much better!
So, I have listed some of the ingredients that bring Reformation to the business Mountain. Pretty exciting!
#1 Books – We use the term books from Ps 139:15-16 to refer to unique Kingdom purpose. You have a kingdom purpose or calling that represents the story of your life. God has already written His purpose in your heart, and with a bit of discernment, we can separate the wheat from the chaff and connect with who we really are and why we’re here. We use Purpose Profiles to help people, and companies get that prophetic clarity. In a kingdom culture, we know one another’s book/purpose, and we can’t help but honor it. The gospel of the Kingdom is on a new foundation. Your dream can come true! You are called to be the hero in your story!
#2 Ecclesia around Business Books – Businesses have a unique book or purpose shared by staff because the cause ignites them. They engage because their work is more than a job to make money. It’s a purpose they believe in and share. Their work makes a difference. Value is created, and prosperity results. Kingdom business culture is like being carried on eagle’s wings. People work hard, God does His part, and a great kingdom purpose is achieved while value is created, and money is made.
#3 Leaders That Listen – Kingdom CEO’s and owners have a clear business purpose that is prophetically and practically compelling. Something they heard from God and co-labor with Him to accomplish. It’s in their heart and God’s heart at the same time. They can hear and then do what Father is doing.
Kingdom Leaders have ears to hear what is in the hearts of their team. They can pull people into their own hearts and honor what is written in individual books. They see other people’s stories unfolding and can orchestrate personal and corporate purposes into one successful plot that everyone celebrates. The whole process results in a culture of honor – it feels like love, and the presence of God is tangible. Work becomes worship.
#4 Discipleship Culture – Businesses are incubators that develop sons and daughters. We teach them everything we can do and then release them to do what they can do that we can’t. We hold managers to the leadership standard of engaging the hearts of our staff to release what God can do through them.
- We intentionally help them connect with their kingdom purpose via their Purpose profile.
- We disciple them to inherit their land, the dream God wrote in their heart.
- We help them connect and co-labor with Father themselves, moving from servants to sons.
#5 Exploits – Sons and daughters in touch with their purpose enter a realm of excellence that achieves the purpose of the company and the purpose in their hearts. Kingdom companies have a great purpose, with staff engaged in making it happen. We develop people with Caleb’s attitude, “We are well able to do this.”
- We invite our staff to create; to own initiatives in sync with their heart.
- They naturally add value, even build new wings on our business.
- If these heroes leave to do something even more incredible, it is a graduation, not a defection. Because we were in touch with their hearts, we could see it coming and celebrate it with them.
#6 Cities and Nations – Businesses, cities, and nations all have books and unique purposes that we can discern and then play an intentional role in fulfilling. It’s one thing to be excited about my own purpose, but that enthusiasm multiplies when I can see what Father is doing in my city and my nation. We each can play a role in Reformation from people to businesses, cities, and nations.
#7 Prayer That Brings Heaven to Earth – Sons see it in the council with their Seer gift and then decree it on earth to make it happen in a mountain. We can be priests in Heaven and Kings on Earth. Jesus gave us access to the Father’s Council, and that’s the first ingredient of sonship.
