Seasons – The transition into a kingdom age right now is very exciting. Everyone can feel it! If I described it as a shift from Pisces (fish) to Aquarius (water bearer), you might conclude I study horoscopes! Rest easy; I don’t. But I recognize Father’s times and seasons, and He created star signs in the sky. A several-decade shift in constellation movements happens about every 2000 years. Ramifications of a Kingdom Age – Jesus was the first son who gave people life-giving living water (Jn 4:10, 10:10). We, too, are sons doing what Jesus did, and our assignment is to let that water of life flow from our bellies and our businesses (Jn 7:38). How exactly do we do that?

Kingdom Purpose – The first step for each of us and our business is to know our purpose. God wired people and businesses with a unique Kingdom assignment. The life we have flows through that purpose.

• It’s the prophetic juice that gives us meaning and direction.
• It’s a flight plan with a destination that can be adjusted for weather patterns and warfare.
• It’s more than religious principles and truth to run with; it’s a relationship with Father we live with.
• It’s the experience of sons in Father’s Council tasting the river of life that flows from the throne.
• It’s speaking words of life that have a prophetic impact to bless people.
• It’s a relationship with the Spirit of truth that can bring heaven to earth and change circumstances.

Businesses have a specific Kingdom purpose, and it makes cents to know what that is and cooperate with it. Co-laboring is working with Father on a shared purpose in your and Father’s hearts. A business in sync with Father’s heart gets blessed; it’s good for morale and cash flow. Father’s miraculous ingredients feel like the wind in your sails instead of swimming upstream. He puts His thumb on the scale when our hearts are aligned with shared purpose. The KPI is CEO sons hearing well done from Father!

Corporate Culture – The second ingredient of a Kingdom business is people. The staff that make your business happen each have a Kingdom purpose too. You can and should share your prophetically correct corporate purpose in a way that ignites hearts. But as a CEO, leader, or manager, it’s your job to know what is in the hearts of those around you. What’s their dream? What anointing do they carry? How does their purpose sync with yours? People are very generous about supporting your corporate purpose. But if you miss their purpose, you won’t have a Kingdom culture. Ecclesia in business is the culture built around shared Kingdom purpose. Build that, and you will be surrounded by Caleb’s who will help you inherit your land. Why? Very simple, it belongs to them too! They will have a different spirit with a heart to build a new wing on your vision that belongs to them.

Creating Value and Cash Flow – Kingdom purpose is not some ethereal mist that causes windfalls to land in your bank account. Kingdom businesses create value that people are thrilled to pay for. Their lives and finances are improved by our products! Our business goods and services are adding life to them. It’s not magic. Yet coming up with business innovations and people to make them happen is miraculous. An entrepreneurial anointing exists to assemble a good business with a clear purpose, a vibrant culture, and a valuable product that prospers. Cash flow is the lifeblood of every business; the death nell preceding every failure, and the bellwether leading to every dream come true. Cash flow is the weathervane, but purpose, culture, and creating value are the wind of God’s Spirit that carry a business to prosperity.
