Creativity Flows From Purpose, Not Process
Intro Video – The wrong question gets asked all the time: “How do I become more creative and solve the challenges in my business?” That usually defines my prayer/wish list of things for God to do.
The right question is: “How can I co-labor with Father; in what He is doing? How do I flow in that river?”
See the difference? One treats creativity as a technique to master for my personal use. The other recognizes creativity as a river that flows through sons who are clear on their Father’s purpose.

The Creativity Crisis in Business
Most business coaching programs offer the same tired processes and recipe-driven formulas: Learn frameworks, copy successful models, follow someone else’s system. The result? Disciplined serfdom—productive, accountable, and busy, but void of purpose and motivationally unsustainable.
These leaders wear superficial masks and become shallow imitations of someone else. They’ve mastered the how without ever discovering the why.
The problem isn’t lack of creativity;
they lack the purpose that inspires creativity.
You can’t manufacture purpose through human potential exercises. Meaningful purpose—the kind that ignites creativity and sustains innovation—comes from only one place: Father’s Council.
Purpose Precedes Process
In the Council, there are nine conversations a “pattern of creative ideas,” not because you’ve mastered some methodology, but because you’re mining a vein of gold; a theme in Father’s heart. When you know what Father is doing (John 5:19-20), creativity becomes natural, not forced.
This is the shift from the old pretension (I didn’t have a strategy; I copied from others) to the new truth (I’m on my unique course that Father is leading). The difference isn’t subtle, it’s transformational.

From Copied to Creative
The shift looks like this:
Before Purpose: I’m following someone else’s recipe. It’s a process, not a purpose. I didn’t have a unique purpose; I just copied from others.
After Council: I’m on my unique course that Father is confirming. The 7 Spirits shine a light on new ways in conversations at my seat in Heavenly Places in the Council—a pattern of creative ideas. I’m seeing open doors, and I realize Father has gone before me.
The Result: You move from process-driven serfdom to purpose-driven sonship that flows. You’re not managing creativity through techniques—you’re releasing it through relationship.
Don’t ask for solutions on a plate; Ask what you can do with Him. This is the fundamental shift from servant to son. Servants wait for instructions. Sons ask about purpose, have the conversations in the Council, and then co-labor with vision. They bring that purpose to earth.
The invitation isn’t to passively receive answers. It’s to “learn to ask the right questions” and “listen to what is in Father’s heart first.” Then (and this is where creativity explodes) you “share your vision and purpose, flow in His anointing, see the result of Father adding all these things.” Mt 6:33
Creativity isn’t a solo act. It’s a duet. It happens at the intersection of two hearts connecting:
Connecting with your heart:
- How Father created you
- The desires He wrote in your heart
- Your unique wiring, gifting, and experience
Connecting with Father’s heart:
- What He is doing right now, I’m on the same page!
- What He wants to “add” (Mt 6:33)
- Where He’s leading; I’m following the Lamb (Rev 14:4)
When hearts intersect—when you become yourself AND align with Father’s purpose—creativity becomes inevitable.

The Invitation to be a Solutionary
You were designed to be creative. But not through human potential techniques or copied strategies. You were designed to create through co-laboring with your Father in Council conversations.
When you’re clear on your Kingdom purpose, when you’ve heard Father’s heart for your business, your staff, your city, your nation; creativity becomes the natural expression of sonship. Ideas flow. Innovations multiply. Solutions emerge. Because you’re not trying to manufacture creativity. You’re simply releasing what Father is already doing.
Purpose precedes process. Without Father’s purpose for you, even success will starve your soul.
So stop asking “How do I become more creative?” and start asking “Father, what are You doing that I can join You in?”
The creativity you’re looking for isn’t in the next framework. It’s in the next Council conversation.

Developing a Culture of Creativity
Fear of the Lord develops “a culture of excellence—not just the work of servants, but the excellence of sons co-laboring with their Father – an Ecclesia in Business!”
Sons won’t settle for second best. They look for better ways. They’re here to make the work process better and have ownership of the vision and heritage.
Sons experience excellence. They create exploits by bringing Living Words from the Council and implementing them in business.
Creativity becomes a way of life. Like riding a bicycle, it’s fun once you learn. You learn to have conversations, ask the right questions, and bring substance to earth; then rinse and repeat because it’s fun!

The Birthright of Sons and Daughters
Creativity is like a birthright of sonship. It naturally flows from Council conversations.
Father loves two things:
#1).  He loves to show Sons and Daughters all these things (Jn 5:20). Jesus loves to share His Father’s business (Jn 15:15).
#2). Â Next, when we put His purpose first, Father loves to intervene and add things (Mt 6:33).
This isn’t hyperbole. This is your inheritance. You were designed to create. This ignites human ingenuity, but even better, the co-laboring ignites your Father’s heart to add all these things, the One who spoke universes into existence.
The creative process doesn’t start with facilitated strategy sessions or borrowed frameworks.
It starts with purpose from the Council: Father, Jesus, and the 7 Spirits.
When you’re clear on what Father is doing, when you’ve heard His heart, when you know your role in His story; then creativity becomes as natural as breathing. You’re not manufacturing innovation. You’re releasing what’s already flowing from Heaven.
So stop asking “What’s the solution?” and start asking “Father, what can we create together?”
The creativity you’re looking for isn’t in the next technique. It’s in the next Council conversation.
