Progression to Sonship in Business

7 Steps to Sonship

There’s a journey every son takes, from the first stirring of hunger for something more to standing as a reformer who watches nations shift. It’s not a straight line, and it’s not a formula. It’s a progression through identity, calling, and co-laboring with Father that transforms not just your business, but the culture around you.

If you’ve felt that restlessness sense that there’s more to business than transactions, more to faith than Sunday services, more to your life than what you’ve been living, then you’re at the beginning of something Father has been orchestrating all along.

Step 1: The Awakening — “I Have a Hunger for More”

The journey begins with hunger. You’re awake to reformation, Kingdom business, and the seven mountains of culture. You see that business isn’t secular, it’s sacred territory where sons who embrace Father’s purpose see it become both work and worship. Ascension, Courts of Heaven, and the Council aren’t too mystical anymore; they are practical tools for sons to bring Heaven to Earth.

This is where you realize: if Father invited you into His reformation of nations, you’d volunteer. The question isn’t “Can I do this?” but “Will I say yes?” You’re into business, but not too busy to be a son who follows the Lamb wherever He leads.

Step 2: The Experience — “I’ve Experienced Ascension in the Courts”

Hunger moves you from curiosity to encounter. You’ve actually gone into the Courts of Heaven. You’ve traded accusations for decrees. You’ve experienced what it means to ascend and hear from your Father. This isn’t theory or mysticism; it’s personal experience that sets you free.

You feel chosen for a specific purpose as a son. The abstract becomes concrete: you’re living the story of Sonship, Ascension, and Reformation. Someone else sees your heart and helps you see it too. A mentor shows you how. This is where isolation ends and true spiritual fathering begins.

Step 3: Ascension — “I’m in the Council Routinely”

Experience becomes lifestyle. You’re in the Council routinely now, getting clarity and purpose in writing. You have a mentor walking with you. Through personal coaching, you’ve gotten your prophetic purpose in writing: your Purpose Profile, your aspirations, your Seven Spirits profile, your story, System Origin Story, and your Prophetic Offer.

You’re part of a Court and Council Group Zoom with your tribe weekly. The randomness of living on  spiritual breadcrumbs gives way to clarity and intentionality. You’re not just waiting for breakthrough. You’re actively co-laboring with Father through consistent Council conversations that yield living words you can bring to earth as greater works.

Step 4: The Multiplication — “I’ve Experienced Co-Laboring”

This is where it gets exciting. Father starts adding substance to your purpose. You see real business progress: open doors appearing from nowhere, divine appointments that defy coincidence, creativity and innovation beyond your natural capacity, tangible value creation, actual cash flow.

You’ve found the balance between following wherever like a child and having clear purpose, strategy, and tactics like a mature son. That balance is spiritual agility, having your identity, story, purpose, strategy, and tactics in writing, yet discussing and adjusting them daily in the Council. You’re anchored but flexible, directed but responsive to Father’s voice.

Step 5: The Good News — “I’m Sharing the Gospel of the Kingdom”

Now you can’t keep it to yourself. You’re sharing the Gospel of the Kingdom using the language of Sonship, Ascension, and Reformation. You’re taking friends to the Courts. You’re mentoring your own sons. You’re assembling your tribe who resonate with your purpose.

You’re helping them unpack their purpose from the Council, from Father, Jesus, and the Seven Spirits. You’ve moved from being fathered to becoming a father. You’re growing your tribe, team, and staff. You’re experiencing Ecclesia around shared purpose, not just attending church around shared geography.

Step 6: Sons Mature — “I Am a Prophet, Priest, and King”

The progression deepens through dimensions of maturity:

As a Son, you feel chosen by God, part of His family. You have an inheritance to possess that you can see. You feel connected with your heart, authentic, loved.

As a Prophet, you see your purpose clearly. Your story is redeemed and makes sense. You’ve moved from accusations and shame to courage. You have direction, strategy, tactics, and movement.

As a Priest, you’re intentionally helping your sons connect with their hearts. You’re deliberate about sharing purpose to create ecclesia and culture. Your pulling others into their portion of Father’s inheritance, using prophetic and seer gifts to free their hearts.

As a King, there’s fruit. Results matter. Value is created, staff is ignited with purpose, and business profit flows. You feel the warrior in you contending for reformation, not just personal success.

Step 7: Seeing Father’s Reformation — and My Role

At this stage, you’re seeing your tangible contribution to reformation. You’re not alone, you can see the Ezekiel 37 army partnering for victory. Dry bones are coming to life all around you as other sons awaken to their identity and calling.

You’re operating in the full authority of sonship; chosen, feeling the family, the love, seeing your inheritance as an heir, connected to your authentic heart, and loved by Father. The progression is complete yet always deepening.

The Journey Continues

This isn’t a ladder to climb and leave behind. It’s a spiral you move through repeatedly at deeper levels. Each stage informs the next. Each return to hunger opens new territory. Each experience in the Council releases greater Reformation.

The question isn’t whether you’re ready for this journey. Father has been preparing you for it your entire life. The question is: Will you take the next step from wherever you are right now?

Because the world is waiting for the sons of God to be revealed. Nations are your inheritance. And Father is inviting you into the Council to receive the living words that will shape the future.

The progression to sonship isn’t optional for those who’ve tasted hunger. It’s the pathway to the “greater works” Jesus promised and the reformation of nations Father has always intended.
