The Kingdom Business challenge of the day is spiritual agility in leading machinery and people in a complex operation while following the Lamb from your seat in Heavenly places. There are very few CEO’s who know how to engage Father to add all these things. We know how to do what men can do, but babes in the woods when it comes to opening the Gates of Heaven to let the King of Glory into our business to do what only He can do. The new frontier is men and women who can lead both sides of the graphic below, who can be the bridge from Kingdom purpose to Business results.

Secular Business culture has a focus on the right side, vision for breakthroughs, revenue, and making the corporate machinery hum toward quarterly rocks. It’s a purely introverted philosophy of business and life. These leaders are really servants of an organization system, a process without purpose that eventually drains the soul. It’s the letter that kills (2Cor 3:6); religion in disguise.

Kingdom business culture is adding a value for sons who are present in God’s Council, can articulate Father’s purpose, and leverage the business to co-labor with Father to make it happen. The agility to use the bridge (Jacob’s ladder) to bring Heaven to Earth is found in sons, but not in servants. In business, it’s the spirit that gives life. The shared purpose and love are Ecclesia in disguise.

Sons bring a focus on daily bread (conversations in Heaven) to the world of KPI’s and business revenue. The irony is:

• Daily bread leads to breakthrough and revenue.
  (The “bread” conversations are all about Kingdom Purpose, what Father is doing, blessing)
• Navigating the art of Following leads to Leading. Humility leads to Heroism.
  (Following the Lamb wherever is going somewhere)

Story – Tobe Finch leads Happy Day Restaurants in Lewiston Idaho (14 stores, 550 employees). I helped him with his Purpose Profile several years ago and decentralization was a significant theme. Tobe has translated that Kingdom initiative to a  warehouse for storage, meat processing, a bakery, hydroponics, and collaboration with other businesses. God has shown Tobe the future and he gives regular tours through his vision as it matures on earth in his warehouse. The prophetic correctness of his purpose for clean food resonates with growers, the community, politicians, the school district, and it’s a template with prophetic legs that could work in communities around the world. Tobe is a great example of a business leader with the agility to build a bridge between putting the Kingdom first and the implementation of Father’s purpose in a business.

I want to be a leader like Tobe – Being thankful starts a Relational Bridge that leads to the Vine, the Flow of Father’s Purpose, Presence and Provisions in Business. Tobe, and Kingdom leaders like him, are living these five attributes that underline their agility to be a bridge between Heaven and Earth.

#1).  Trust (Hope) is fueled by thanksgiving (Praise for what Father has already done).
Father has already done things that pave the way for optimism and gratitude.

#2).  Peace (Love) if fueled by being with Father for conversations in God’s Council.
Father, Jesus, and the 7 Spirits of God each have revelation and impartation relevant to Business leaders in God’s Council.

#3).  Purpose (Faith) is fueled by living, prophetic words (What Father is doing now).
Business leaders can get prophetically correct kingdom purpose that open the gates of Heaven and allows the King of Glory to come into their business with His presence and provision. Note to self: we sons are the gates or portals to and from Heaven (Ps 24:7).

#4).  Worship (Work) is doing it with Him (Co-laboring on shared, living purpose).
Our business isn’t just KPI’s and Cash Flow. We’re bringing God’s Kingdom to earth as part of our business plan. Our staff, clients, and customers can feel it and are ignited by it.

#5).  Abundance (Exploits) sons opening Heaven’s gates (Father adds all these things).
We get to tell the stories of our Father has impacted our people, our progress, and our profits. His Favor in our business is real… rinse and repeat to the thanksgiving in step 1. Sons go from strength to strength (Ps 84:7) and from glory to glory (2Cor 3:18) because of God’s favor.

Jn 1:51 – Truly, truly, I say to you, Hereafter you shall see Heaven open,
and the angels (Tobe’s) of God ascending and descending upon the Son of Man.

Warfare is a related topic for sonship, especially now. Daily bread, books, and Kingdom Purpose are the epicenter of spiritual warfare. We are not ignorant of enemy devices:

• The lethargy of oppression; lack of time and energy to go to the Council
• Inability to hear and see
• Lack of clear purpose, Confusion on direction, decisions

#1).  Sons are present in the Council (for conversations with 7 Spirits).

#2).  Sons take accusations to the Courts of Heaven. They have zero tolerance for accusations.
(Accusations are opportunities to release decrees from Father)

#3).  Sons see their role (book) in the context of Reformation

1. • They aren’t frustrated by lack of progress or results. Council conversations keep them hopeful, refreshed, strategic.
   • Sons see themselves as part of a Team, an Army, a Reformation. They don’t have to be the sole contributors, not even the most important players.
     They celebrate Kingdom progress whoever champions it and wherever it occurs.
   • Sons are pulling other sons into their heritage (Book).
