Ascending and seeing is a spiritual process with mystical ingredients, but we are more mechanics than mystics – We “see” in heaven, so we can release the purpose and strategies in Father’s heart on earth. We want to release His Kingdom purpose in the functional areas of relationships and businesses in all 7 mountains. We’re here to make a difference, and the goal is a reformation of both people and nations. We can see what’s in the books of people, businesses, and nations, and it’s exciting! Learning to see is a big part of God’s Kingdom, and a strategic asset to release reformation on earth.
Learning the language – The language of heaven isn’t in the realm of our natural wisdom, knowledge, intellectual theory, and endless discussion (all mental). That’s why the seer gift plays a more prominent role: “Seeing” is an experience that fills our heart with the desires in the Father’s heart. Jesus put it this way:
John 5:19-21 – I tell you the truth, the Son can do nothing by himself; he can do only what he sees his Father doing, because whatever the Father does the Son also does. 20 For the Father loves the Son and shows him all he does. Yes, to your amazement he will show him even greater things than these. NIV
Forty-three times John got revelation because he “saw” something in the spirit in the 22 chapters of Revelation. The experience of seeing is what instills courageous faith in our hearts to do exploits. What the Father wants to do through us is no longer a mystery. It’s no longer a surprise when our works on earth take on a miraculous ingredient. When we co-labor with our Father, He adds His power to His purpose; signs and wonders naturally follow (us).
Eph. 3:20-21 – Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us NIV
Is this for me? – The seer gift isn’t for a select group of super-spiritual mystics. The door is wide open for every believer who says yes.
When we can see the Father’s higher purpose, we can recognize new opportunities in the maze of troubling circumstances clothed in confusion. Father is never out of control, never confused or overwhelmed and Jesus gave us access to a seat… at His table – incredible. We have a mandate to bring heaven to earth. That’s what sons do!
