Before any of us volunteer to get on a train, we would like to know where it’s going. We would also like that destination to be somewhere we really want to go. I’ve had the experience of riding a train in Poland. I can’t read any of the signs, and very few people speak English. I called my translator and gave my phone to the conductor to find out when to get off. Warsaw had about ten stops. Getting to the right city is comforting but getting off at the wrong station is still a disaster. We need a roadmap and a guide; a comforter!
Intentional reformation is a phrase the Lord gave me for my own “why.” I’m okay with not having all the blanks filled in but asking a tribe to go with me without a roadmap is a bit dicey. They want to know how to get on, where are we going, and how will we know when we get there. It’s a fair question to ask from a heart level. Our hearts always need to know the “why” before we can be “whole-hearted.” Plus, I like roadmaps myself! This one has four steps we all go through, and the last stop is reformation.

- It starts in your heart with a plan – The first key to anything is does it fit your heart? Whether its education, business, a job, politics or entertainment; if we’re trying to be something we’re not, it’s a frustrating time bomb. Success in life is always cooperating with our DNA, our design and our destiny. Cash flow also follows that recipe very nicely. We use a Heart Plan to connect people with their purpose. That connection with your heart is an experience, not just head knowledge, and we have lots of stories and videos from happy customers who found their purpose and have a plan to walk it out.
- Seers and Doers who access heaven – The second component is overlaying the Father’s heart on the desires of my heart and my plan. We don’t just want to find “my sweet spot,” we want to know what the Father is doing and do that! Just like Jesus, we would like to do those things we see the Father doing. The Courts and Council of Heaven are like new technology in the Kingdom. Our tribe loved this dimension of becoming a son. We gave them both the experience and the Biblical basis in Seers-and-Doers.com. The context having a purpose statement and a heart plan kept helped ground this experience in what we could bring back to our lives and businesses. What is amazing and spiritual became practical and necessary; a shift people took home for personal use from now on.
- A Tribe to walk it out – This step accidentally came out of the beta test of the two courses. When we give people permission to explore the desires of their own heart, and they find something God wrote there: 1) they get excited, 2) we prophetically resonate with it and get excited too, and 3) the level of respect and love goes beyond all the rest of our normal relationships. Our tribe fell in love with one another. People are accustomed to being diagnosed and fixed by institutions. What we all really want is to be seen, understood, and to be encouraged in our area of excellence. Once we know our purpose, we can fix our own problems and become the heroes of our own destiny. The tribe got a taste of ecclesia (sons who have keys to heaven and can loose heaven on earth, Mt. 16:16-18). It feels like Dad gave us the car keys and invited us to co-labor with Him.
- The work of Reformation – Tribe isn’t just for the sake of fellowship. Nor is it just “ministering” to one another. We found a common purpose in reformation. Once we got off the ground with our own business and cash flow in our personal vision, there was another level of working together to pull other people into their hearts; even pulling nations into their purpose – that’s reformation. It’s revival on steroids that changes cultures permanently and blesses people and nations. Revivals are meetings that have historically come and gone, but reformation ripples through every fiber of culture with a quantum shift that never goes away (business, technology, the arts, education, and governments). In a nutshell, reformation is God’s way of redeeming nations. And, if that’s what our Father is doing, then we’re doing it too! Want to come?
